HARRISasked the Minister of Pensions whether, seeing that his Department has recently issued an instruction reducing the rates of pay of the clerical and typing staff employed by the London local committees, and that the instruction ordered a full week's deduction to be made on the 10th February, 1922, though only dated the 9th February and received in the local offices on the 10th February, in view of the hardship to the staff of reducing their pay without any notice, he will take steps to rectify such a proceeding?
