§ Mr. AMERYThe issue of the 1914–15 star to ex-naval officers and men has been in progress since November last, and announcements inviting applications have been made from time to time in the Press. This course was necessary, as the present addresses are not in most cases available. Applications are dealt with promptly on receipt at the Admiralty.
