Mr. HARMSWORTHThe occasion of Monsieur Schanzer's visit is being taken to discuss in a friendly way the general relations between this country and Italy; until it has become clear what precise course those discussions take it is clearly impossible to state in advance whether or not their results will necessitate a reference to Parliament.
