§ Mr. SHORTTThe answer to the first paragraph of the question is in the negative. The new volume is called Licensing Statistics, 1921, and contains the figures of the year 1921. In these circumstances the suggestion in the second paragraph scarcely arises. But I may say that the completed text of the volume was sent to the printers on the 26th May and the final revise was out of the hands of my Department by the 23rd June.
