§ Mr. MONTAGURepresentations on this subject were made to me, and I drew the attention of the Colonial Office to it. But I have no further information than that given by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies in answer to my hon. Friend's question on 14th February. I am still in correspondence with the Colonial Office on the matter.
