§ Mr. KELLAWAYThe number of wireless licences issued to amateurs for experiments in reception is 6,986, and in transmission 286. The annual revenue derived from the fees is at present £3,265 and £355 respectively. The annual expenditure incurred in connection with the issue of the licences and the inspection of the stations is about £5,200.
