Captain GUESTA request was made early last year for an airship patrol to locate herring shoals off the Shetland Islands, but no airship was available at the time, and since then it has been decided to suspend operating airships. I have no knowledge of aircraft being employed for the purpose referred to in the latter part of the hon. Member's question.
