§ Earl WINTERTONI have had no previous information of the date of the next Indian Congress in Kenya. On the general question I regret that I can add nothing to the reply which I gave on the 5th of December to the question of the hon. and gallant Member for Newcastle-under-Lyme (Colonel Wedgwood).
