Restrictions Act will investigate the question of overcrowding connected with certain aspects of this Measure: and how, in that case, it is proposed that evidence should be presented on the point?
§ Major BOYD-CARPENTERI have no doubt that the Committee will consider any question that is relevant to their inquiry, and I am sure that they would welcome any suggestions s which my hon. Friend has to make in regard to evidence upon the point to which he refers.
