Sir A. BOSCAWENRestrictions are being relaxed, as opportunity offers, in different areas every week, and large sections of the country have already been completely freed. I cannot yet give an indication as to when it will be possible to remove the restrictions entirely from the whole country. It is sometimes possible, however, to forecast tentatively for a particular district the date of the removal of the restrictions, and if my hon. and gallant Friend will inform me of the district in which he is interested I will endeavour to afford him the information desired.
