§ Sir J. GILMOURAfter careful consideration, the First Commissioner has654W invited Mr. Ralph Knott, to design and execute the public offices in connection with the Civil Service of the Northern Irish Government; and he has also invited Mr. Arnold Thornely, of the firm of Messrs. Briggs & Thornely, to execute the Parliament House. Both these architects have consented to undertake the work, which will be begun as soon as circumstances permit.
