§ Mr. NEALI have been asked to take this question. I am not aware that any correspondence between the Ministry of Transport and the directors of the railway companies has been quoted. The correspondence to which I understand the hon. Member refers is correspondence between the chairman fo a railway company and the Railway Companies' Association, of which no copies are in the possession of the Ministry of Transport.
