§ Mr. MYERSasked the Minister of Pensions why the pension of R. Dickenson, No. 32500, late corporal, Royal Engineers, has been withdrawn, seeing that on medical re-examination his defect was certified as 50 per cent. aggravation by military service; will he say if Dickenson has any right of appeal; and, if so, to what authority?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONCorporal Dickenson has already exercised his right of appeal against the decision of the Ministry, and I understand that the case will be heard by the Pensions Appeal Tribunal on the 29th June. In the absence of the papers with the tribunal, I am not in a position to answer the first part of the question.
