§ Mr. KENYONasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland how many raids were carried out by the police and military forces in Ireland in the years 1918, 1919, and 1920, respectively, and in the month of January, 1921?
§ Sir H. GREENWOODI regret that it is not possible to furnish my hon. Friend with this information, for the reasons given by my right hon. Friend the Attorney-General in reply to a similar question by the hon. Member for the Leigh Division (Mr. Raffan) on the 14th December last. To get out a return of this character would involve the imposition of a large amount of additional work upon police and military officers which, in my opinion, would not be justified at the present time.
