THOMSONasked the President of the Board of Education whether, in the event of the total sum allocated in the current year of necessitous school area grants not being absorbed on the basis of the prescribed rate of a local 4s. education rate, he will reduce the prescribed rate so that necessitous school areas at present excluded may secure assistance from this balance?
