§ Mr. MILLSasked the Minister of Health if he will state exactly what kind of risk to the community would have been involved if the Ministry of Health had sanctioned the acceptance of the building guild tender for houses at Heywood, which was £16,000 below one and £26,000 below another tender from private contractors for the same work?
