§ Mr. SHORTTMy hon. Friend has asked me to reply to this question. I stated, in answer to the hon. and gallant Member for the Finsbury division (Lieut.-Colonel Archer-Shee) on Thursday last that permission had been given for three Russians to come to the United Kingdom under the Article referred to. The names of these three are Mr. Koudich, Mr. Lomonosoff, and Mrs. Levidoff.
