Mr. CHAMBERLAINArrangements have been made by the Government for the widest possible distribution of all news connected with the present emergency, and I am also arranging for Government announcements to be made by means of a bulletin exhibited at telegraph offices throughout the country, in the manner suggested by my hon. Friend.
