asked the Secretary of State for War, relative to the imprisonment of Mrs. Stan Harding, British subject, recently returned from Russia, where she went with the permission of the Soviet Government as a correspondent of the "New York World" and was detained in prison for five months on the charge of being an agent of the War Office Intelligence Department, whether the allegation is untrue?
