HC Deb 04 April 1921 vol 140 cc32-3W
Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

asked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that, while the rank and file of the 13th battalion, East Yorkshire Regiment, have received their 1914–15 stars, the officers appear to have been overlooked; and when they may expect these medals?

Sir L. WORTHINGTON-EVANS

The method of distributing medals and stars for officers differs from that employed for soldiers. Officers who are entitled to the 1914–15 Star should apply to the War Office, and if those to whom the hon. and gallant Member refers will do this, the necessary action will be taken.
