Mr. HARMSWORTHThe desired information is not in the possession of the Foreign Office. The Secretary-General and part of his staff are at present attending the meeting of the Council of the League at Brussels. On the close of that Conference it is understood that the whole establishment of the Secretariat-General will be removed to Geneva, where it is to remain permanently.
