§ Dr. ADDISONI have already referred the hon. Member to the statement made by the Prime Minister last Tuesday. In addition the Government in the Ministry of Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill at present before the House propose to strengthen the powers for prohibiting building operations which interfere with the provision of dwelling houses.
