§ Sir M. BARLOWThere is at present employed in the Finance Department of the Ministry of Labour at Kew, I officer—a permanent Civil Servant—who was a conscientious objector. I am having enquiries made into the man's case, and will communicate with my hon. Friend by letter as soon as I have secured further information.
