As regards the last part of the question, I am not aware that there was any delay in bringing empty wagons forward, nor am I aware that the unemployment position has been affected by any lack of wagons. In this connection, I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which he received on 8th November to the question on this subject that he addressed to my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport.
