asked the Minister of Pensions why Private A. C. Major, No. 22880, of the 5th Battalion Royal Berkshire Regiment, now living at No. 4, Bulldown Road, Goring, has been refused at Oxford a grant to help him in a course of training as an auctioneer, seeing that Major retired from the Army with 100 per cent, disability pension, the disability being now assessed at 80 per cent.?
