HC Deb 24 November 1920 vol 135 c465W
Captain S. WILSON

asked the Minister of Health whether in August last he received a communication from the East Riding County Council asking that any balance lying to the credit of the East Riding Insurance Committee for sanatorium benefit shall be paid over to the county council, in view of the fact that the county council has by agreement undertaken to provide treatment for all persons in the East Riding, whether insured or uninsured; whether any reply has yet been sent to this; and whether immediate action will be taken to carry into effect this request?

Dr. ADDISON

The reply to the first two parts of the question is in the affirmative. I will send my hon. and gallant Friend a copy of the answer which has been sent to the county council.
