§ Major ENTWISTLEasked the Prime Minister whether an agreement has been reached between the British and French Governments as to the procedure to be followed in the matter of German reparations; and, if so, what are the principal heads of the agreement?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI hope that complete agreement will be reached on this subject in the next few days, and I shall be obliged if the hon. and gallant Member will repeat his question in a week.
§ Mr. FORRESTasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has now received the first five millions of the receipts from Germany on account of reparation; and whether, if this is the case, ex gratia payments are now being made to those individual sufferers through uninsured aircraft damage whose claims are approved by a special commission?

§ Mr. BALDWINThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. My hon. Friend will remember that there are prior charges upon receipts from Germany for the repayment of the advances made under the Spa Coal Protocol and of the cost of the Armies of Occupation.
