GRAHAMasked the Minister of Pensions whether a considerable number of applications for dependants' allowances in different parts of the country are being delayed pending a decision of the Ministry on the general question of entitlement to dependants' pensions in cases where the disease which caused the soldier's death was not the cause of his removal from military duty; and whether, in view of the hardship involved in the delay, a decision can now be given?
