§ Mr. FISHEROne Sadhu has been prosecuted for attempting to seduce Indian troops. Otherwise I have heard of no recent specific attempts to tamper with the loyalty of troops. But the Government of India have drawn the attention of local governments to the need of action in cases of the kind.
