Mr. HANCOCK

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions how many properties were acquired by the Government during the War for the manufacture of war material; how many still remain in the possession of or under the control of the Government; where these are situated; and how many people are employed thereat?

So far as the Ministry of Munitions is concerned, 220 properties were acquired during the War for the manufacture of war material. Of these the number remaining in the possession of or under the control of the Ministry is 76. The information asked for in the last two parts of the question is contained in the following table:—
