§ Sir J. CRAIGThe position is the same as on 5th November, 1919. The practice of granting a civilian suit or an allowance of £2 12s. 6d. in lieu on discharge for any reason in the case of men who were serving on or before 11th November, 1918, came into effect on that date and does not apply to men discharged previously.
