BOSCAWENThe Regulations to which the hon. and gallant Member refers have not yet been framed; but they will be laid on the Table of the House as soon as possible in accordance with Section 5 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act, 1919. Until, however, the formation of the various County Agricultural Committees which is now proceeding is completed, the Councils for England and Wales, and the Agricultural Advisory Committee cannot be established.
