McNEILLasked the Minister of Health whether he has received complaints from boards of guardians with regard to the increased cost chargeable in respect of lunatic patients, which has made the sum of 4s. per head repaid to the unions under The Local Government Act, 1888, 448W an insufficient relief of local rates; and whether he will introduce legislation to provide for the repayment to boards of guardians of not less than one-half the actual cost of maintaining lunatic patients in county asylums?
