Mr. CHAMBERLAINThere are no legal prohibitions on the raising of foreign loans in the London market, provided such issues do not offend against the Lottery Acts. I am not aware to what the hon. and gallant Member refers in the second part of the question, and I should be obliged if he would let me have particulars of the correspondence on which he bases his allegation.
