Major HENDERSONasked the Prime Minister when it is proposed to take any action in regard to the Report issued in July, 1919, by the Committee appointed to prepare a scheme of national training for the sea service; and why there has been so much delay in the matter?
§ Mr. FISHERI have been asked to answer this question. The Report raises questions of considerable importance which are still under discussion between the Departments concerned; but I hope to be in a position to make a statement of the Government's views on the matter in the near future.
