Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe necessary arrangements have been made by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue for the conduct of assessments under the provisions of the Act referred to. No public instructions have been issued, but information will be furnished by the Com- 1313W missioners on application to any party to a claim for compensation under those provisions.
