§ Sir A. WILLIAMSONCompany-Sergeant-Major Wright had loss than 18 years' service, and unless he has been awarded a permanent disablement pension on the lowest scale under the Ministry of Pension Warrant of 29th March, 191Y, he cannot be awarded a Long Service Pension by the Commissioners of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea, under Army Order 330 of 1918.
