§ Mr. McCURDYThe annual consumption of flour for the purpose of human food other than bread is estimated at rather less than one-fourth of the total consumption of subsidised flour. It is not thought to be administratively practicable to differentiate between the several uses of flour for the purpose of reducing the amount of the subsidy.
