§ Mr. MUNROThere are 138 tenants on lands acquired by the Board of Agriculture for Scotland under the Act of 1919 whose rents have not yet been finally fixed. The delay is due to the reasons stated in my reply to my hon. and gallant Friend's question of the 20th April. I have taken steps to expedite the settlement of this matter.
