HC Deb 28 June 1920 vol 131 cc56-7W

Colonel WEDGWOOD asked the Prime Minister whether he has any information as to a change of Government in Hungary, and as to an attempted rising by Lieutenant Hejjas and the military terror detachments; and, if not, will he make inquiries?

The PRIME MINISTER: According to the information I have received, no change of Government has taken place in Hungary. The Hungarian Government have recently stated that the Hejjas detachments are to be dissolved, and Lieutenant Hejjas is under arrest. I am not aware that any rising was attempted by these detachments, but I shall be glad to make inquiries.
