§ Mr. PENNEFATHERasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether, seeing that the Sinn Fein organisation was proclaimed by His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant as an illegal organisation, and that tribunals or courts established under the auspices of the Sinn Fein organisation are accordingly illegal, he will say what action he is taking in the matter?

Friend to the replies given by me to the questions asked on this subject by my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for the Fylde Division of Lancaster (Colonel Ashley), and my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Bath (Captain Foxcroft), on the 17th instant, and to which I have nothing at present to add.
