§ Mr. CHURCHILLRegulations are in operation for the purchase of discharge from the Army, and the rates and conditions are contained in Army Order 180 of 1920, a copy of which I am sending the hon. Member. The Army Order mentioned does not include airmen, but separate regulations governing purchase of discharge from the Royal Air Force are about to be published.
