Sir A. BOSCAWENCaptain Mendham was appointed to the post of a superintending architect in the Ministry on the 13th October, 1919. His salary is £500 per annum (inclusive of bonus), and when absent from the office he receives travelling expenses and subsistence allowance on the usual Treasury scale. Captain Mendham is a whole-time temporary officer, and his appointment is subject to one month's notice.
