§ Mr. BALDWINI presume the hon. Member refers to the claim of these officials to war bonus and war gratuity, which the Departments concerned have hitherto been unable to regard as covered by the promise referred to. The matter1466W is, however, again under consideration, and I hope that a decision will be reached shortly.
