§ Sir J. CRAIGIt is not proposed to increase the amount of the retainer given to Royal Fleet Reservists (Class B) to that allowable in the case of the Army Reserve. The conditions of service are not identical, and the rates of pension and gratuity payable to members of the Royal Fleet Reserve on completion of the qualifying period of service have recently been substantially increased.
