Mr. HARMSWORTHThe Persian Minister for Foreign Affairs has recently been in London. As to his purpose in coming to this country I would refer the hon. Gentleman to my answer to the hon. Members for Henley (Captain Terrell) and Stafford (Mr. Ormsby-Gore) on 1st June.
