asked the Minister of Pensions whether the case of Gunner H. T. Mowe, No. 16,273, Royal Field Artillery, discharged 14th April, 1917, can be re- viewed, this man after three years having been ordered to enter a home known as Chalfont Colony, St. Peters, Bucks, which is a home for imbeciles, epileptics, etc.?

The earlier recommendation as to this man's admission to an institution was for "observation" purposes only. Mr. Mowe has, however, been again examined on the 2nd instant by a medical hoard, who recommend that he should, for the present, place himself under the care of his usual medical attendant. This recommendation has been approved
