§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSON: No, Sir. It would clearly be imprudent for the Royal Commission on Wheat Supplies, as a buying organisation, to make public its purchasing programme, but I can assure the hon. Member that all necessary steps are being taken to safeguard the bread supply.
