§ Mr. NEALVarious suggestions for the relief of congestion on the underground railways in the London area have been received by the Advisory Committee on London Traffic, and they are being carefully considered in connection with the Committee's own study of the existing conditions, but no recommendations on this subject have yet been made to the Minister of Transport, though it is expected that the Committee, which is working arduously, will report shortly.
