§ Mr. RAMSDENasked the Secretary of State for War whether he has yet decided to issue a distinctive medal to officers and men of the Territorial Force who served abroad during the early stages of the war.
§ Mr. CHURCHILLI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply on Thursday last to my hon. Friend the Member for East Cardiff, in which I stated that His Majesty has been pleased to approve the issue of a special medal to members of the Territorial Force who undertook to serve abroad in the early stages of the war, provided they are not entitled to the "1914 Star" or the "1914–15 Star."
